What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any order for a 100% refund before it has shipped out. Please notify us immediately at info@proyardsupply.com if you would like to cancel your order. Once the order has shipped, it is subject to our 30-Day Return Policy.
What if my product is damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@proyardsupply.com and we will process an immediate replacement or compensation (usually within 1 business day).
How do I place an order?

To place an order online, simply click “Add To Cart” on your preferred product and proceed to checkout via “Secure Checkout”. Enter your shipping and billing information and complete checkout.
You will receive an immediate order confirmation and we will process your order immediately.
How do I know when my order will ship?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirmation credit card authorization and shipping/billing information.
We will immediately process your order and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped once it leaves the warehouse.
If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand.
Will you send an order confirmation via e-mail?
An order confirmation message will be sent to the e-mail address you provide us for each order you submit. We recommend that you print and save the e-mail confirmation for your records. Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are located in New York and do not charge sales tax. This alone can save you hundreds of dollars compared to ordering elsewhere. However, if you order from New York State, you will be charged sale tax.
Can I change my order?
Yes, you can change your order at no cost by simply emailing us at info@proyardsupply.com and requesting the change. Any price difference will be credited to your card or we will send you a custom invoice to pay the difference. Orders can only be changed before shipping.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Depending on the brand, orders may ship out the same business day or take up to 2 business days to ship. On rare occasions order shipment may take longer due to unforeseen delays.

Heating FAQ's:
Do the gas patio heaters require an electrical supply of any sort?
- Patio heaters are typically equipped with an electronic ignition that does in fact require an electrical supply in place.
Do the gas patio heaters have an heat output that you can adjust?
- Gas heaters have an On-Off control only and in this case, temperature & heat cannot be adjusted.
Will the weather impact the performance of the outdoor heaters?
- Of course, any outdoor heater can be impacted by heavy wind loads, snow, or heavy rain. We recommend mounting your gas, electric, or portable outdoor heater undercover where it will not be directly exposed to weather conditions. Schwank heaters are performance rated for high wind resistance.
Can I install these heaters by myself?
- ProYard Supply highly recommends having a licensed technician install any of the units we sell.
